1. Successful completion of the equivalent of a Canadian high school education
2. Six months of full-time training or 12 months of experience in paid employment in a field or occupation related to the job you are seeking as a live-in caregiver
3. Ability to speak, read and understand either English or French
1. Completed and Signed Caregiver Application Form.
2. Two completed and signed copies of our Consulting Fee Agreement. Please place your initials on the left side of the first page.
3. Photocopies of Eligibility documents: Caregiver training certificate and transcript of records or proof that you have at least one year experience in paid employment in a field or occupation related to the job you are seeking as a live-in caregiver.
4. A detailed resume.
5. Three reference letters from persons not family related. The reference should be clear and neat. The name, address and phone number of the institution or person should be clearly visible at the top of the page.
6. Photos of:
a. Yourself (preferably 5x7)
b. (optional) You with your immediate family
c. (optional) 3 to 5 photos of you with children, disabled or elderly you have worked with
7. Photocopy of a Valid Passort and Driver's License (if applicable).
8. Initial payment for our Consulting Fee: International Money Order or Bank Draft, payable to "Canreach Immigration Consulting Inc." and in case of unsuccessful application, your initial payment will be refunded.
There is no placement fee associated with our services.
