According to the Survey and latest results of the Manpower Employment Outlook,in the the fourth quarter of 2010 Canadian employers expect a continuous and stable hiring climate. This survey is the most forward-looking ,extensive, employment survey. In the Canada this survey shows that before the end of 2010,21% of employers are intend to increase their staff levels .From last year 2009 the average outlook for the employers in Canada is approximately +15% to +16%, which is the 10 point increase. In the canada the Manufacturing hiring outlook is at 25% and Mining sectors hiring outlook is at 21% approximately.
In the Western Canada,in all areas of the region the outlook is approximately +19% with employers have positive hiring.Mining sector is the strongest employment prospects with an outlook of +28% to 30% in canada.The increase in hiring process is expected in the fields of Education and Construction, where outlooks of nearly +25% are expected.
In Ontario,in the next three months the outlook is nearly +12% with employers in 8 of 10 industry sectors intending to hire. Manufacturing,Education,Wholesale and Retail Trade sectors are the most active areas.Employers in the Real Estate,Insurance,Finance sectors report hiring intentions. In Mississauga,St. Catharines regions,Durham,York increases in employment are expected to occur.
The strongest employment prospects are reported in In Quebec,in the fields of Insurance & Real Estate sector with outlooks of +20 to +24% and in the fields of Finance and Manufacturing sector with outlooks of +23% is expected. In the Public Utilities & Transportation sector and the Education sector employers report an outlook of neral +8 to +9%.
In Atlantic Canada, the Education sector is looking at an improvement of 31% and the employers in the Manufacturing industry report an improvement of 53%.
In July 15 to July 28 the survey was taken.Nearly 1,900 to 2,000employers has a error of margin 2.3 percentage.
Canadian companies may boost production heading into 2011 because many companies are hiring the employees in the past two years. According to Statistics Canada since January 2010,canada has created about 300,000 jobs .By the end of 2010 Canada’s unemployment rate will fall to nearly 7.7%
